the first two times i have ordered stamps there was good communication i got a chance to review the stamps and approve them before they were made and i received them on time. but this time around there was no communication and they delivery arrived late

We are terribly sorry for the late delivery on this order. At manufacturing, we were not happy with the quality of one of the stamps in your order.
